## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Physik, Mathematik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
 * Mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, davon mindestens 3 Jahre in der Betreuung externer Entwicklungsdienstleister
 * Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden der Softwareentwicklung sowie im V-Modell und im automatisierten Testing
 * Vertiefte Kenntnisse in C++ sowie idealerweise in weiteren höheren Programmiersprachen (z. B. Rust)
 * Erfahrung mit CI/CD-Tools (z. B. Jenkins) sowie Kenntnisse in Versionsverwaltungssystemen (z. B. Git, Mercurial)
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows und Linux, weitere Betriebssysteme von Vorteil
 * Idealerweise Erfahrung im Testing oder in der Entwicklung sicherheitsgerichteter und/oder echtzeitfähiger Software sowie zugehöriger Betriebssysteme (z. B. Debian, QNX)
 * Sicheres Auftreten, ziel- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie offene, transparente und zielgruppenangepasste Kommunikation
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
 * Bereitschaft zu weltweiter Reisetätigkeit (bis 30 %)

## Description

* Betreuung und Steuerung externer Entwicklungsdienstleister
 * Unterstützung bei der Ableitung von Anforderungen unter dem Aspekt der Testbarkeit
 * Definition von Schnittstellen zu anderen Systemen und Softwarebausteinen unter dem Aspekt der Testbarkeit
 * Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Software-Architekturen unter dem Aspekt der Testbarkeit
 * Erstellung von Testplänen sowie Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Coding-Richtlinien
 * Unterstützung bei Softwarewartung, Versionsmanagement, Migration und Bugfixing
 * Durchführung von Code-Reviews
