 * Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer zukunftsfähigen IT-Strategie in Abstimmung mit dem Leitungskreis
 * Fachliche, organisatorische und personelle Leitung der gesamten IT-Abteilung
 * Verantwortung der IT-Sicherheit und des Datenschutzes.
 * Planung, Steuerung und operative Umsetzung von IT-Projekten
 * Einführung und Überwachung technischer Standards sowie Optimierung von Prozessen.
 * Verantwortung für Budgetplanung, Kostenkontrolle und Lizenzmanagement.
 * Auswahl, Steuerung und Koordination von externen IT-Dienstleistern.
 * Leitung und Entwicklung des IT-Teams sowie Rekrutierung von Fachkräften.
 * Analyse und Optimierung interner Abläufe zur Effizienzsteigerung.
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung und anderen Abteilungen zur Umsetzung der IT-Strategie
