## About the Role

* Du studierst Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Informationswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Mathematik, Physik oder ein vergleichbares Studium
 * Du bringst IT-Grundkenntnisse aus der Anwendung (bspw. Microsoft Office), dem Bereich KI und auch aus der Bereitstellung mit (bspw. Cloud Computing)
 * Dich interessieren mindestens zwei der folgenden Themen: Informationstechnologie, Projekt- und Projektportfoliomanagement, Prozessoptimierung, Dienstleistungssteuerung und Wissensmanagement
 * Du hast Spaß daran Problemstellungen zu analysieren, Informationen zu recherchieren und zu systematisieren sowie bei Lösungsansätzen über den Tellerrand hinaus zu blicken
 * Du arbeitest gerne in einem Team und agierst bei Bedarf auch selbstständig sowie eigenverantwortlich

Du bringst verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit, ebenso mindestens gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Unterstützung bei der Planung, Koordination und Organisation von IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekten sowie dem gesamten Projektportfolio
 * Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung des Projektportfoliomanagements, u.a. mit KI-Unterstützung
 * Mitarbeit bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Projektmeetings, Workshops und Gremiensitzungen
 * Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Projektunterlagen, Reportings und Präsentationen
 * Pflege und Nachverfolgung von Projektplänen, Meilensteinen und Aufgaben
 * Mitarbeit im Stakeholder- und Schnittstellenmanagement
 * Unterstützung bei der Koordination interner und externer Projektbeteiligter
 * Unterstützung bei der Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Dokumentationsstandards
 * Mitarbeit bei On- und Offboarding-Prozessen innerhalb von Projekten
 * Teilnahme an Projekt- und Community-Formaten sowie Unterstützung beim Wissensaustausch
