 * Du hast Kenntnisse in Backuptechnologien und -lösungen sowie in aktiven Netzwerkkomponenten (Routing, VLAN, etc.)
 * Du verfügst über Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau bist, kommunikationsstark im Austausch mit unseren Kund:innen und arbeitest strukturiert und systematisch

## Description

* Du übernehmst die ganzheitliche Administration, Wartung und Überwachung der IT-Infrastrukturen unserer Kund:innen (Fokus: Schulen, Kitas und KMUs)
 * Du betreust und optimierst Serverlandschaften (Windows Server) sowie Virtualisierungsumgebungen auf Basis von Hyper-V
 * Du konzipierst moderne IT-Lösungen, planst Migrationsprojekte und setzt diese eigenverantwortlich oder im Team um
 * Du administrierst aktive Netzwerkkomponenten und stellst durch VPN, Firewalls und Backup-Lösungen die IT-Sicherheit unserer Kund:innen sicher
 * Du berätst unsere Ansprechpartner:innen in Schulen und Unternehmen strategisch bei der technologischen Weiterentwicklung ihrer IT-Landschaft
 * Du unterstützt bei Bedarf den Support vor Ort oder per Fernwartung und sorgst mit Deinem Fachwissen für einen reibungslosen IT-Betrieb
