 * Erste Erfahrungen in Relex oder einem verwandten Forecast & Replenishment Tool
 * Hohe Zahlenaffinität und Genauigkeit sowie große Freude an Analytik
 * Sehr gute Excel Kenntnisse; Kenntnisse von Power Pivot, Power BI, Tableau etc. Von Vorteil
 * Englisch & Deutsch fließend; weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil

## Description

* Du gestaltest die datengetriebene Weiterentwicklung unserer internationalen Supply-Chain-Prozesse mit Schwerpunkt Forecast & Replenishment und treibst deren kontinuierliche Optimierung voran.
 * Als Teil unseres internationalen Supply Chain Teams entwickelst du unser Forecast-&-Replenishment-Setup strategisch weiter und treibst innovative Analytics- und KI-Lösungen voran.
 * Du fungierst als zentraler RELEX-Experte für internationale RELEX-Anwender und Supply-Chain-Teams, förderst den Wissensaustausch, etablierst Best Practices und treibst die Harmonisierung unserer Prozesse voran.
 * Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Landesgesellschaften zusammen, identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und überführst lokale Anforderungen in eine globale Priorisierung und Entwicklungs-Roadmap. Durch datenbasierte Empfehlungen und gezielten Wissenstransfer stärkst du die Eigenständigkeit der Teams.
 * Als Treiber von Analytics Excellence analysierst du komplexe Herausforderungen entlang der gesamten Supply Chain, identifizierst Root Causes und entwickelst datenbasierte Handlungsempfehlungen mit messbarem Einfluss auf Warenverfügbarkeit, Bestände und Working Capital.
 * Du übernimmst eine aktive Rolle in internationalen Transformationsprojekten, beispielsweise bei RELEX-Roll-outs, Lagereröffnungen und der Implementierung neuer Supply-Chain-Prozesse.
