Do you have experience in Software development?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Master's degree in computer science, Applied Sciences, or similar

 * 4-7 years of experience in full-stack development
 * Experience with agile and scrum principles
 * (initial) Team lead experience
 * Ability to lead and motivate a small team; skilled in providing constructive feedback and conducting performance evaluations
 * Work cross-departmentally to coordinate and dispatch tasks, organize reviews/meetings and manage the associated administrative processes
 * Great communication and interpersonal skills
 * Fluent English speaker

You'll join a small, agile development team working in short sprints. In this role you will:

 * Co-create modern solutions with architects and UX designers
 * Bring ideas to life alongside product managers and DevOps engineers
 * Ensure high-quality code using the latest AI-powered QA techniques
 * Explore emerging tech and AI applications to improve development and product performance
