## About the Role

* Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. BWL, Marketing, Medien- und Kommunikationswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Digitalen Marketing (z. B. als Kaufmann/-frau für Marketingkommunikation)
 * Du bringst fundierte Praxiserfahrung in der Konzeption, Umsetzung und Analyse von CRM-Kampagnen mit - idealerweise im Lead-Generation-Umfeld
 * Du bist vertraut mit gängigen CRM-Tools und beherrschst Themen wie Segmentierung, A/B-Testing sowie Customer Journeys. Idealerweise hast du dabei schon intensiv mit Mailchimp gearbeitet
 * Du bringst ein starkes analytisches Verständnis mit: Es fällt dir leicht, KPIs zu interpretieren und daraus datengetriebene Schlüsse für die Kampagnensteuerung zu ziehen. Idealerweise nutzt du dafür bereits Tools wie Tableau
 * Du arbeitest strukturiert sowie zielorientiert und stellst sicher, dass Kampagnen reibungslos und termingerecht umgesetzt werden
 * Du verfügst über Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau und kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Englisch
