## About the Role

* Ihr Hintergrund: Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. (Medizin-)Informatik), eine IT-Ausbildung ODER ein klinischer Hintergrund (z. B. aus der Pflege, dem medizinischen Assistenz- oder Verwaltungsbereich) mit hoher IT-Affinität und dem Wunsch, in die IT zu wechseln.
 * Ihre KIS-Erfahrung: Erste oder fundierte Berufserfahrung in der KIS-Administration (idealerweise ORBIS). Alternativ: Sie bringen weitreichende Erfahrung als Anwender von KIS-Systemen oder als Key User aus dem klinischen Alltag mit und möchten nun "hinter die Kulissen" wechseln.
 * Technisches Know-how: Grundkenntnisse in SQL und HL7 (ggf. FHIR/DICOM) sind ein großes Plus, aber kein Muss - Junioren und Quereinsteiger werden in diese Themen umfassend und systematisch eingearbeitet!
 * Prozessverständnis: Ein gutes Gespür für klinische Abläufe und die Motivation, diese für Ihre Kollegen digital optimal abzubilden.
 * Arbeitsweise & Persönlichkeit: Eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise gepaart mit hoher Serviceorientierung.
 * Kommunikation: Klare und verbindliche Kommunikation (in sehr gutem Deutsch) gegenüber Ärzten, Pflegekräften, Verwaltung und Herstellern.
