The implementation consultant is not only responsible for the successful implementation of the enrollment platform but is the subject matter expert (SME) for all levels of the day-to-day role. Candidate is a resource for the team and at times may need to act as a liaison between teams/partners. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills, take a proactive initiative to ensure client and team success and an ability to effectively work across matrix partners. **Specific Responsibilities** : + As a benefit implementation consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the Employee Navigator system.
