* SAP Projektarbeit: Konzeption und Durchführung von SAP S/4HANA Implementierungs- und Roll-Out Projekten mit Teilprojektverantwortung für SAP QM (SAP Quality Management)
 * SAP Tagesgeschäft: Betreuung der SAP QM Anwendungen und deren Schnittstellen inkl. individuelle Anpassung an die unternehmensspezifischen und gesetzlichen Anforderungen in der Qualitätssicherung mittels SAP QM Customizings
 * SAP Geschäftsprozessmodellierung: In enger Kooperation mit dem Fachbereich Qualitätsmanagement Analyse und Optimierung der entsprechenden Prozesse sowie Prozessharmonisierung und Neukonzeption
 * SAP Support: Bearbeitung von Change Requests in SAP QM sowie Beseitigung von SAP QM Supportfällen und Störungen im 2nd Level SAP QM Support
