## Description

* Überwachung des Lagerverwaltungssystems SAP EWM sowie relevanter Systemschnittstellen
 * Analyse von Fehlermeldungen, Störungen und Auffälligkeiten
 * Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Incidents und Anforderungen im Ticketsystem
 * Ursachenanalyse unter Berücksichtigung vor- und nachgelagerter Systeme
 * Bewertung und Priorisierung von Störungen sowie Einleitung notwendiger Eskalationen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit:

 + WMS 3rd Level Support
 + Entwicklungsteams
 + SAP Cloud Support
 + IT-Infrastruktur
 + SAP ERP, MES und GTS
 * Entwicklung pragmatischer Workarounds für das operative Logistikteam
 * Erstellung von Berichten, Kennzahlen und spezifischen Analysen
 * Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung logistischer Anwendungen und Prozesse
