## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung - idealerweise mit technischer Führungsverantwortung
 * Fundierte praktische Erfahrung mit TDD sowie der Etablierung testgetriebener Entwicklungsprozesse
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Programmiersprachen Python und C++ wünschenswert
 * Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Skalierung von Testautomatisierungsframeworks
 * Gute Kenntnisse in CI/CD (z. B. GitHub CI), DevOps, Monitoring (z.B. Grafana)
 * Erfahrung mit Containerisierung (Docker) und idealerweise Orchestrierung
 * Erfahrung im Embedded- oder hardwarenahen Umfeld von Vorteil
 * Kenntnisse im Bereich Mess- und Prüfstandstechnik wünschenswert
 * Wünschenswert: Erfahrung mit Home Assistant, inklusive Konfiguration, Integration von Geräten sowie Durchführung kleinerer Anpassungen (z. B. YAML-Konfigurationen, einfache Skripte oder Automationen)
 * Hohe Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit, als Schnittstelle zwischen Teams zu agieren
 * Strukturierte, analytische und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
