## About the Role

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Data-/BI-Rollen im E-Commerce- oder D2C-Umfeld - idealerweise dort, wo hohe Werbebudgets im Spiel waren
 * Du hast schon mal einen modernen Data Stack aufgebaut oder maßgeblich verantwortet (z. B. Data Warehouse, ELT-Pipelines, BI-Tool) - und kannst begründen, warum du welche Tools gewählt hast
 * Tiefes Verständnis von Tracking und Attribution im Paid-Social-Umfeld: Server-Side, Conversion-APIs, die Grenzen von Plattform-Attribution
 * Sehr gute SQL-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit gängigen BI-Tools; Python oder vergleichbares von Vorteil
 * Du denkst vom Geschäft her, nicht von der Technik: Deckungsbeitrag, CAC und Bestandsreichweite sind für dich Steuerungsgrößen, keine Vokabeln
 * Hands-on bis ins Detail: Du baust die ersten Pipelines und Dashboards selbst, bevor du ein Team aufbaust
 * Du kannst mit Nicht-Technikern sprechen - und aus unklaren Fragen präzise Datenprodukte machen
 * Sehr gutes Deutsch oder Englisch, * Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Weiterentwicklung moderner Data Stacks, inklusive Data Warehouse, Datenpipelines und BI-Lösungen
 * Tiefes Verständnis von Tracking, Attribution und Datenqualität im Paid-Social-Umfeld, insbesondere Server-Side-Tracking und Conversion-APIs
 * Sehr gute SQL-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit gängigen BI-Tools; Python oder vergleichbare Technologien sind ein Plus
 * Starkes kommerzielles Verständnis für Deckungsbeitrag, CAC, Umsatz, Forecasting und Bestandssteuerung und die Fähigkeit, Daten in konkrete Geschäftsentscheidungen zu übersetzen
 * Ausgeprägter Hands-on-Mindset: Du baust Datenmodelle, Pipelines und Dashboards selbst auf und entwickelst daraus perspektivisch ein leistungsstarkes Data-Team
 * Hohe Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Datenfragen für Gründer, Führungskräfte und Fachbereiche verständlich und entscheidungsrelevant aufzubereiten
