## Description

* Administration und Betreuung der gesamten Windows-basierten IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Clients, Active Directory, Microsoft 365).
 * First- und Second-Level-Support für alle Mitarbeitenden - schnell, kompetent und persönlich.
 * Verwaltung und Wartung von Druckern, Telefonie-Anlagen sowie der iPhone & Smartphone Infrastruktur.
 * Sicherstellung des stabilen Betriebs kanzleirelevanter Fachanwendungen (z. B. Notariatssoftware, Dokumentenmanagement).
 * Netzwerkpflege (LAN/WLAN, VPN, Firewall) sowie Betreuung von Cloud-Diensten (M365, OneDrive, SharePoint).
 * Lizenz- und Asset-Management sowie Beschaffung von Hard- und Software.
 * Sicherstellung von Datensicherung, IT-Security und Datenschutzkonformität (DSGVO).
 * Koordination externer Dienstleister und Hersteller-Support.
