* 84 months of experience guiding iterative development teams involving complex JEE based systems.
 * Experience in developing applications using JDK 1.8 or higher, JSF/JSP, JMS, EJB, MQ, XML, JAXB, and JAXWS.
 * Experience with JPA and/or Hibernate using Oracle or SQL Server databases.

Preferred Skills:

 * 36 months of experience using Prime Faces, Angular, ReactJS.
 * 24 months of experience using IBM WebSphere Liberty.
 * 24 months of experience in criminal justice processing at the state or federal level.

## Description

This individual will design and implement software solutions, ensuring the integration of current and new technologies to meet business needs., * Implement Integrated Justice Portal standards for application technologies, UI standards, development methodology, and coding and style guides.

 * Act as the primary technical liaison with infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues impacting application performance.
 * Collaborate with the Infrastructure team on performance testing, failover planning, endurance testing, and deployment planning.
 * Analyze, design, develop, and review enterprise applications using JAVA/JEE, JSF, XML, XSLT, and IBM Portal/WebSphere Application development software.
 * Oversee development activities including data analysis, data access, data structures, and database models.
 * Prepare and review technical documentation such as designs and schemas.
