## About the Role

* 4+ years of Business Analyst experience.
 * Hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter.
 * Guidewire Cloud experience
 * Strong understanding of P&C insurance and claims processes.
 * Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
 * Experience with Agile/Scrum, JIRA, and Confluence.
 * Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

 * Experience with AWS or Azure is a plus.
 * Guidewire ClaimCenter Cloud migration/implementation experience is a plus.
 * Knowledge of REST APIs and integrations is preferred.
 * Guidewire certification is a plus.

## Description

* Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
 * Work closely with business users, developers, and QA teams.
 * Analyze P&C insurance claims processes and translate them into functional requirements.
 * Create BRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
 * Support Guidewire ClaimCenter configuration, integrations, testing, and implementation.
 * Participate in SIT, UAT, defect tracking, and production support.
 * Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and manage requirements in JIRA/Confluence.
