This role is ideal for a hands-on data engineering professional with strong experience in Ab Initio development, ETL processing, scheduling, and production support. The successful candidate will work on designing, developing, and maintaining data processing solutions while ensuring reliable batch operations and data workflow execution in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Ab Initio ETL and data processing applications. Implement and manage business rules using the Ab Initio Business Rules Environment (BRE). Configure, schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot workflows using Ab Initio Control Center. Develop and maintain Ab Initio Plans and Continuous Flows. Create and support Shell scripts for automation, batch processing, and operational efficiency. Write, optimize, and validate SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Monitor production jobs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of workflow failures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data integration and business requirements. Assist with data quality validation and performance tuning of ETL processes.
