Preferred / Additional Qualifications * 2+ years of data center experience. * CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or similar certification. * Certified Network Defender (CND). * Associate's degree in IT or related field. * Professional or military technical experience. * Understanding of cooling systems and power distribution. * Experience training or mentoring junior technicians. Physical & Environmental Requirements * Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. * Ability to climb ladders and work at heights. * Must pass daily metal detection/security screening. * Ability to work in varying temperatures and environmental conditions. * Exposure to dust, airborne particles, and other environmental allergens. * Must follow all required data center security and safety protocols. ## Description As a Data Center Technician II, you will provide hands-on technical support for servers and data center hardware. You will troubleshoot hardware and networking issues, replace failed components, work with Linux systems, and manage work through ticketing systems.
