In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of an enterprise-grade "Agent Harness & Orchestrator"-a scalable fabric designed to replace rigid, linear pipelines with autonomous, specialized AI agents capable of executing complex, multi-step engineering and analytical workflows. This is an elite technical leadership position. You will move beyond simple LLM wrapping to build a production-ready multi-agent ecosystem. Your team will design Agentic platform to support the construction of agents with dedicated "Skills" (tool-calling, deterministic execution, data synthesis) and "Knowledge" (RAG, domain-specific memory, state management). You will bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI research and robust systems engineering, creating a platform that allows autonomous agents to collaborate, self-correct, and deploy workflows reliably at scale within a highly secure and regulated enterprise environment. Our schedule is built around 4 days of high-impact, in-office collaboration (Monday-Thursday) , paired with Friday Flexibility to wrap up your week remotely. This role reports to our office Alpharetta, GA office. This position does not offer immigration sponsorship (current or future) including F-1 STEM OPT extension support. This is a direct-hire role and is not open to C2C or vendors.
