Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled React Developer with Release Engineering and Production Support expertise to develop, maintain, deploy, and support enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in React.js development, CI/CD release management, and L2/L3 production support, ensuring application stability, performance, and seamless deployments across environments. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive web applications using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Develop reusable UI components and implement modern front-end architectural patterns. Collaborate with UX/UI designers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and backend teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Optimize application performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across browsers and devices. Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices. Plan, coordinate, and execute application releases across Development,
QA, UAT, and Production environments. Manage build and deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD. Automate deployment, configuration, and release processes. Maintain release schedules, deployment documentation, and rollback procedures. Ensure compliance with change management and release governance processes. Provide L2/L3 application support for production issues and incidents. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues. Monitor application health, performance, and system logs using observability and monitoring tools. Participate in incident management, problem management, and on-call support rotations. Collaborate with infrastructure, database, security, and support teams to restore services within SLA timelines.
