 * Executive-level communication and service-review experience in complex retail environments.

## Description

* Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA application management services (AMS) delivery for key client engagements.

 * Own delivery governance, service reviews, executive communications, and client expectations.

 * Manage SLAs, KPIs, incidents, enhancements, releases, risks, dependencies, and escalations.

 * Coordinate SAP functional, technical, onsite, offshore, and cross-functional teams.

 * Drive service quality, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and transformation opportunities.

 * Plan resources and delivery commitments to support reliable, high-quality outcomes.
