Preferred Skills: * Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Field Service Consultant). * Experience with Agile or other iterative development methodologies. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. * A strategic thinker with a passion for using technology to solve business challenges and drive value. * Experience with large-scale transformation projects. ## Description We are seeking a motivated and experienced problem-solver to serve as a Subject Matter Expert for our Field Service systems. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our business objectives and technology solutions. You will be the go-to expert for our core Field Service platform, responsible for analyzing complex challenges, designing effective solutions, and driving the implementation of key initiatives.
