## About the Role

* Strong end-to-end Solution Architecture experience.
 * Excellent Microsoft Azure background with clear, hands-on examples.
 * UK Retail Banking experience - Mortgages & Savings would be ideal.
 * Experience delivering within large-scale, structured transformation programmes.
 * Ability to translate business processes and functional requirements into technical solutions.
 * Strong understanding of integration, event-driven architecture, NFRs, resilience, performance and architecture patterns.
 * Experience creating architecture artefacts and handing designs over to engineering teams.
 * Confident communicator who can work effectively across Business Analysts, business stakeholders and technical teams.
 * Evidence of Solution Architecture leadership and the ability to work independently in complex environments.

You'll need to demonstrate genuine architectural ownership from business requirement functional design technical design engineering delivery.
