Due to continued growth, they're now looking for an experienced IT Manager to take ownership of their technical operations and lead a team of IT professionals. This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT professional who has progressed into management and wants a role combining technical leadership, people management, client relationships and operational responsibility. You'll be responsible for ensuring the technical team delivers consistently high levels of service while acting as a senior point of escalation for customers. You'll work across a varied Microsoft and infrastructure environment, with exposure to Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, networking, cloud services, security and wider infrastructure technologies. Alongside managing the day-to-day operation, you'll also help oversee technical projects, service improvements, escalations and customer requirements. The role will suit someone who enjoys being involved at both a strategic and technical level.
