## About the Role

* Minimum 1 year's hands-on experience testing Windows-based PC software
 * Strong understanding of the Software Engineering Lifecycle, particularly testing and integration
 * Experience writing test plans, test specifications, and test reports
 * Knowledge of scripting and/or programming languages to support test and build automation
 * Experience building software and software installers (desirable)
 * Good general IT skills, including proficiency with MS Office
 * Background within a technical or engineering-led environment

About You

 * Strong communicator with the ability to work effectively with technical stakeholders
 * A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
 * Willing and able to travel occasionally as required

## Description

You will be responsible for building and testing software across the development lifecycle, with a strong focus on test and integration. The role involves producing and maintaining build and test documentation, supporting improvements in software testability, and acting as a technical point of contact for internal teams and external partners. Occasional travel, including visits onboard vessels in the UK and overseas, will be required.
