## About the Role

This role would suit someone with a solid technical foundation, a collaborative approach, and a keen eye for detail who is looking to develop their skills within a complex engineering environment., * Technical background with a strong understanding of the software engineering lifecycle, particularly test and integration

 * At least 1 year of practical experience testing software for PCs running Windows
 * Experience writing test plans, specifications, and reports
 * Knowledge of scripting or programming languages to assist with automated testing and builds
 * Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office, * Experience in building software and software installers
 * Previous work in a technical or engineering organisation
 * Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and overseas to support testing and deployment activities, * Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience), * A proactive team player with strong attention to detail
 * Able to work independently while contributing to a wider technical team
 * Flexible, professional, and comfortable engaging with colleagues and clients at all levels

## Description

* Build and test software to support core products and internal systems
 * Produce and maintain software build and test specifications
 * Work collaboratively across teams to improve the testability and quality of software
 * Liaise with internal stakeholders, customers, and technical partners on software-related matters
 * Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and practices
 * Undertake additional project or testing tasks as required by management
