Essential

 * Excellent IT Skills including advanced proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel) including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
 * Good numerical understanding.
 * Well organised and self-motivated; able to work accurately to tight deadlines unsupervised
 * Ability to problem solve and analyse problems.
 * Excellent accuracy and attention to detail, strong analytical and numerical skills
 * Time management and organised approach
 * Accurate Report writing and organisational skills.
 * Excellent interpersonal skills and can build strong stakeholder relationship and collaborate effectively with senior leaders and team members in multiple groups
 * Must be a team player and understand the requirements for and commitment to business success.

Desirable

 * Waste management industry knowledge
 * Experience of weighbridge systems

## Description

* Manage the timely and accurate provision of the Contract payment mechanism and audit the quality and completeness of the data provided within.
 * Work with managers and other staff to implement controls to improve the accuracy of the data.
 * Check the waste data flow information is correct before it is sent to the client.
 * Check weighbridge data identifying faults, trends and reporting to manager the change requirements.
 * Produce the monthly payment mechanism ensuring all elements are accurate and complete.
 * Produce monthly management reports and KPI's to managers as directed by the line manager.
 * Supporting local Finance team with providing historic waste flow data and forecasting.
 * Submission of data waste returns to regulatory bodies.
