Working on a busy maintenance helpdesk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for multitasking, this role is for you., * Helpdesk Administrating: Monitor the helpdesk email inbox to ensure timely responses and actions.

 * Job Coordination: Raise jobs on our in-house CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) system.
 * Client Communication: Send quotes to client portals and respond to general queries via email.
 * Call Handling: Answer incoming calls from clients, addressing general queries and logging emergency jobs.
 * Timekeeping: Process engineer timesheets with accuracy and efficiency.
 * Client Portals: Update and maintain client web portals to ensure data accuracy and transparency.
