Enterprise Data Management * Proven experience across the enterprise data management life cycle. * Strong understanding of: + Data Governance + Data Security + Data Quality + Master Data Management (MDM) + API Design and Management Integration & Interoperability * Demonstrable experience implementing: + APIs + Microservices + Interoperability patterns + Metadata management solutions Analysis & Requirements * Experience identifying and documenting functional and non-functional requirements. * Ability to challenge ambiguous requirements and provide clear recommendations. * Strong data profiling and source system analysis skills. * Experience identifying root causes of data issues and implementing corrective and preventative measures. Communication * Excellent stakeholder management skills. * Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. * Experience facilitating workshops and working across multidisciplinary teams. * Strong written communication skills with experience producing data architecture designs, recommendations and decision papers. Desirable Skills & Experience * Knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman or equivalent. * Experience within large, complex or highly regulated environments. * Knowledge of messaging, directory and interoperability standards. * Understanding of modern development methodologies, platforms and technologies. * Experience working with identity, access management or workforce-related data domains. * Knowledge of industry data and interoperability standards. ## Description The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and building data models to support strategic business and technical requirements, whilst providing leadership across data architecture, governance, standards, integration and life cycle management. This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise data architecture principles and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
