* 4-6 years' experience with .NET, SQL, Angular, React, and REST APIs.
 * Strong grasp of OOP, SOLID principles, and Agile delivery.
 * Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
 * Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) is highly desirable.
 * Bonus: experience with Power BI, React Native, or financial services.
