Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # Change Manager - **Company:** ACCA - **Location:** London, UK - **Contract:** Temporary contract - **Skills:** Confluence, JIRA, Collaborative Software, Interactive Whiteboards - **Published:** August 19, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.totaljobs.com/job/change-manager/acca-job107865249 ## About the Role * Has significant experience leading business change activities within complex transformation programmes or large-scale organisational change initiatives * Demonstrates strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, priorities and stakeholder simultaneously * Has extensive experience leading readiness planning, organisational adoption and change implementation activities * Has experience planning and facilitating workshops, impact assessments and business readiness sessions with a broad range of stakeholders * Can analyse complex business change and translate it into practical change and readiness activities * Had excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility at all organisational levels * Can confidently engage with senior leaders, Programme Managers, Business Analysts and operational teams to drive delivery * Demonstrates strong planning, organisation and programme coordination skills within complex delivery environments Desirable * Experience supporting large-scale transformation business change * Experience leading organisational readiness or business adoption activities * Knowledge of organisational change management principles, methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR or similar) * Experience using collaboration tools such as MS Teams, Jira, Confluence, Miro or similar ## Description We are currently recruiting a Change Manager on a full time (35 hours per week) 6 month fixed term contract basis. The role sits within the Change team based from either our Glasgow or London office with hybrid working available. You will be a key member of the Change team with responsibility for leading the planning, coordination and delivery of change activities across complex transformation initiatives. You will support large-scale business transformation and provide leadership and coaching to Change Analysts.
