The ideal candidate will have experience in a Microsoft environment, including proficiency in MS Office 365, IP networking, and Windows operating systems. This role is perfect for a dedicated IT professional with a computer or IT support qualification, who is eager to provide high-quality technical support and resolve a variety of IT issues., A qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in a 1st/2nd line IT support role. Strong knowledge of MS Office 365, IP networking, and Windows operating systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise technical support. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
