## About the Role

Do you have experience in Microsoft Excel?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, ACTEGA North America is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to support the Division-wide SAP S4/HANA implementation and drive data-driven operational excellence., * Bachelor's degree.

 * 3+ years of SAP ERP experience.
 * Advanced SAP and MS Excel skills.
 * Strong analytical and communication abilities.
 * High commitment to quality and integrity.
 * Ability to work in a cross-functional, international environment.

Preferred Qualifications

 * 5+ years of SAP support experience.
 * Manufacturing, supply chain, or finance background.
 * Experience working with IT support processes.
 * Strong service orientation, proactive and organized.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

 * Ability to sit at a desk in front of a computer for eight hours a day.
 * Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and lift less than 20 lbs. for less than 30% of the time.
 * Ability to travel by car or air when needed.

(All employees must be meet the minimum work requirements and be able to perform the position with or without a reasonable accommodation.), * This position requires a hybrid schedule where the employee hired must be in-office 3 days per week. Will you be able to reasonably commute to the Cinnaminson, NJ office at least 3 days per week?

Experience:

 * Data analysis skills: 1 year (Required)
 * SAP: 3 years (Required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kings Mountain, NC 28086

## Description

* Support SAP S4 HANA implementation and template integration.
 * Facilitate knowledge transfer and support super users.
 * Create SAP queries, LSMW tasks, and basic customizing.
 * Investigate operational issues and coordinate resolutions.
 * Design and maintain databases for process efficiency.
 * Analyze data, develop KPIs, and prepare reports.
 * Create reporting tools and perform ad-hoc data exports.
 * Partner with leaders to identify improvement opportunities.
