to end users during system deployment/migration(User manual, user training) Global User Support Act as 2nd/3rd line support for IT infrastructure related enquiries and incidents.Escalate the incidents to the appropriate vendors.Incident management with the ticketing system (etc. ServiceNow).Skills / Knowledge:Technical Proven working experience in IT Service management operationsBasic network knowledge (e.g. TCP/IP, proxy, firewall, switching, routing and WiFi)Basic operation system knowledge (e.g. Windows10, Windows server, Azure)Basic Microsoft Office 365 knowledgeSecond line level technical support and problem-solving skill CommunicationCandidate needs to have strong interpersonal communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
