An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Software Developer to join a collaborative digital team responsible for developing and maintaining a wide range of business-critical applications, services and platforms. This role is ideal for a highly skilled developer who enjoys working across the full software development lifecycle, mentoring others and contributing to the ongoing evolution of modern digital solutions., As a Senior Software Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing and supporting web, mobile and cloud-based applications. Working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders, you will help deliver innovative solutions while ensuring development follows industry best practice, security standards and organisational objectives., * Developing new applications and functionality while maintaining and enhancing existing systems

 * Writing clean, efficient and testable code across front-end and back-end technologies
 * Gathering requirements and collaborating with stakeholders to define technical solutions
 * Supporting and mentoring junior developers through code reviews and knowledge sharing
 * Designing, developing and maintaining APIs and integrations with third-party systems
 * Supporting cloud infrastructure and ensuring applications are secure, scalable and reliable
 * Implementing development best practices including testing, version control and documentation
 * Contributing to architecture decisions and recommending new technologies and approaches
 * Managing and improving automated workflows and deployment processes
 * Supporting user acceptance testing and ensuring high-quality software delivery
 * Maintaining accurate documentation of systems, requirements and enhancements
 * Working collaboratively across teams to deliver digital projects and continuous improvements
