We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Junior Data Administrator to support the accurate management of company data and records. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate, college leaver, or administrator who wants to develop a career in data management., * Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.

 * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, and simple formulas.

## Description

* Enter, update, and validate information across company databases and internal systems.
 * Check records for errors, duplicates, and missing information.
 * Produce routine reports and spreadsheets for internal teams.
 * Respond to data requests and resolve straightforward system or record issues.
 * Maintain clear documentation and follow established data procedures.
 * Handle confidential information in accordance with data-protection requirements.
 * Work with colleagues to improve data quality and administrative processes.
