## Description

We are looking for a motivated Junior Tradefloor Support Analyst to join our Asset Management Technology Solutions team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to develop their career in financial technology and trading support. You will work alongside experienced professionals, supporting key trading platforms and learning about the systems that power global financial markets., * Provide first-line support for trading and financial applications such as BlackRock Aladdin, Bloomberg, Tradeweb, and other platforms.

 * Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
 * Monitor system performance and escalate potential issues.
 * Support user access management and permissions.
 * Collaborate with end-users to understand their needs and provide basic technical assistance.
 * Maintain documentation and contribute to the team knowledge base.
