You do not need to know everything, but you should know how to troubleshoot, research, document, communicate, and take ownership. This role is best for someone who enjoys both hands-on technical work and project ownership. ## Description This is not an entry-level help desk role. We are looking for someone with real MSP experience who understands how to manage multiple clients, work through technical escalations, plan and execute projects, and communicate professionally with both internal staff and customers. The right candidate should be able to handle advanced technical issues, manage project timelines, assist junior technicians, document work clearly, and help make sure projects are completed properly from start to finish.
