This role oversees the development of architectural blueprints and ensures alignment with business objectives and technology standards. The manager will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to facilitate collaboration and innovation, ensuring that architectural practices are consistent and effective. Essential Functions * Lead and mentor a diverse team of architects, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. * Serve as a bridge between enterprise, domain, platform, and solution architects to ensure alignment with the enterprise architecture strategy. * Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, emphasizing cloud solutions, applications, data, and security. * Establish and enforce architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all technology implementations. * Lead architectural reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, governance standards, and enterprise policies. * Manage the Architecture Review Board (ARB), Technical Integration Reviews (TIR), deviation reviews, solution walkthroughs, and other governance structures to oversee architectural compliance, including timely escalations and leadership reporting. * Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the enterprise technology landscape and roadmap. * Drive the innovation process and support the development of minimum viable products (MVPs) to demonstrate value to stakeholders. * Communicate strategic themes and key business drivers for architecture to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to gather requirements and ensure alignment with the broader enterprise architecture landscape.
