Experience in technological development and testing of applications is desirable. * Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact and influence associates and management at all levels. * Strong organizational, project management, negotiation, and leadership skills. * Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to resolve issues with a detail-oriented approach. * Ability to understand, analyze and communicate technical designs, project issues, and status effectively. * Strong working knowledge of project management lifecycle and processes. * Ability to articulate technical information to a variety of audiences. * Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project). * May be required to travel up to 25%. * Most projects utilize the Waterfall methodology - moving to Agile with some large projects * Working w/ Jira is a plus ## Description The IT Project Manager for the POS Replacement is responsible for leading all technology-focused components of a large-scale POS system replacement across our retail locations. This role partners closely with a Business-Side Project Manager from the National Project Management Office (NPMO), ensuring tight coordination between technical execution and business readiness. The IT PM oversees system design, infrastructure readiness, integrations, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support while maintaining alignment with business operations, store leadership, and enterprise governance.Travel Flexibility - Willingness to visit store locations for assessments, deployments, and support.
