## About the Role

* 10+ years of Product Design, UX Design, or Experience Design experience
 * Expert-level Figma skills
 * Strong experience with UX strategy, research, and complex problem-solving
 * Proven success designing enterprise, B2B, SaaS, or highly regulated platforms
 * Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage multiple concurrent initiatives
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
 * Experience working within design systems
 * Familiarity with AI tools and their use in the design process

Education Requirements:

 * Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, UX, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
 * Advanced degree is a plus but not required

## Description

* Lead UX strategy and hands-on product design for complex enterprise applications
 * Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
 * Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable solutions
 * Partner with Product, Engineering, and business leaders to shape product direction
 * Present design concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels
 * Drive consistency through established design systems
 * Work across multiple projects and business areas in a fast-paced environment
 * Leverage AI tools to improve workflows and user experiences
