Additional travel may be assigned as needed to support business requirements. ## Description The Marketing Technology Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of marketing technology tools and platforms within the organization. This role operates at the intersection of marketing and technology, ensuring that digital solutions align with business objectives and enhance marketing effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical understanding of marketing platforms along with a deep knowledge of marketing strategies. This role involves technical aspects but operates from a business perspective. This individual will work closely with stakeholders, internal & external developers and is a key contact with other departments. The Marketing Technology Manager reports to Marketing Operations while working closely with Marketing Stakeholders, Engineering, Project Managers, Product Owners, Procurement, Legal and Security. This is a full-time in-office position working with our Marketing team out of our corporate headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah. * The primary responsibility of this position is the continual monitoring, evaluation and optimization of the marketing technology stack. This entails regular review of technologies with product owners and the usage of those technologies. The Marketing Technology Administrator will provide opportunities for additional training, implementation, third-party assistance, adjustments or additions to the technology stack back to business leaders. * Act as a bridge between marketing stakeholders and the technical teams, ensuring both sides are aligned on project goals and requirements. * Gather input from marketers about needs and integrations, then translate those requirements into actionable tasks. * Champion Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish clear success metrics tied to business impact.
