The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a track record of being a solid decision maker and the ability to work independently and collaborate with colleagues in equal measure. * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex measurements and test challenges. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain advanced technical concepts to customers, engineers, and cross-functional teams. * Self-motivated learner with a passion for developing expertise in emerging technologies, test methodologies, and Keysight solutions. * Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and support multiple customer engagements simultaneously. * Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills are a plus, as the team supports a diverse international customer base. ## Description Join Keysight's team delivering technical support for world leading solutions in electric vehicle (EV) battery test, charging station test, and grid emulator applications. Our solutions span multiple disciplines which include high power electronics, battery charge/discharge, vehicle charge communications interfaces, test automation, and control. The successful candidate will be a critical customer interface and must demonstrate a real passion for customer success. Strong analytical skills, self-motivation, excellent communication, and customer relationship management are key factors for success.
