## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience in Smartsheet Technical Support and Solutioning (understanding basics of Smartsheet solutions using Sheets, Reports, Dashboards and Premium Applications)
 * 6+ months of experience provisioning new accounts in Smartsheet newly released USM
 * Some experience creating Collections
 * 1+ years of experience documenting processes
 * Smartsheet Solutions Architect Certification
 * Smartsheet Platform
 * Smartsheet Premium Applications Dynamic View, WorkApps, Data Shuttle and DataMesh Proof of Smartsheet Core Product Certification

## Description

* Responsible for Smartsheet 1st level technical support, assisting teams in connecting with Smartsheet Customer Service where needed and determining escalation to Smartsheet Administrator
 * Responsible for Daily and Weekly User Mgmt Reporting for Smartsheet Platform and reporting issues or concerns to Smartsheet Administrator
 * Responsible for Account Requests (Contributors Only) Smartsheet Platform and reporting issues or concerns to Smartsheet Administrator
 * Assists in developing Smartsheet user documentation (i.e. reference guides)
 * Assists in Workspace Governance Audits and identifying opporotunities for Member seat reduction

IT PMO Smartsheet Environment

 * Responsible for Daily and Weekly IT PMO Reporting for Smartsheet Environment and reporting issues or concerns to Smartsheet Administrator
 * Responsible for project provisioning and reporting issues or concerns to IT Portfolio Analyst
 * Responsible for IT PMO personnel Smartsheet customization requests and reporting issues or concerns to IT Portfolio Analyst
 * Responsible for IT PMO Portfolio Spend Workspace oversight during Pilot and Hypercare and reporting issues or concerns to IT Portfolio Analyst
 * Assists IT Portfolio Analyst in technical debt clean-up related to IT PMO Smartsheet Environment
