## Description

****Average hourly rate is $20.80 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.) ****, As an IT Technician, you'll be the go-to person for technical support, ensuring smooth operations for our team and the critical work they do for kids and families. Your responsibilities will include:

 * Provisioning user accounts and resolving connectivity issues.
 * Troubleshooting equipment abnormalities.
 * Managing helpdesk tickets and meeting service level agreements (SLAs) within two business days.
 * Supporting staff in your assigned region, with occasional travel as required.
 * Collaborating with a forward-thinking IT team to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
