In this role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring our data is accurate, secure, and used responsibly across the organization. You'll drive initiatives that establish and reinforce data standards, compliance protocols, and a strong culture of data stewardship. You will be responsible for developing and managing governance frameworks, partnering with cross-functional teams to define policies and accountability models, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal data quality requirements. Your work will directly impact our ability to make informed, data-driven decisions by maintaining the integrity, consistency, and trustworthiness of our operational and analytical data assets. The ideal candidate has deep experience in data governance, a strong understanding of compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.), and the ability to lead enterprise-wide initiatives. This role is a great fit for someone who thrives at the intersection of data strategy, collaboration, and regulatory rigor.
