 * Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple client engagements.
 * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment., * Direct client-facing experience in AI or automation initiatives from discovery through delivery.
 * Familiarity with modern project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms).
 * Background in consulting, workflow automation, or digital transformation.
 * Working knowledge of AI/ML systems, LLM tools, or rapid prototyping environments.

## Description

The AI Solutions Strategist will lead client engagements from discovery through implementation and adoption. This individual will work directly with stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases, define solution strategies, collaborate with technical teams, and ensure successful delivery against project commitments., * Lead structured discovery sessions to identify business needs and define prioritized AI initiatives within project scope.

 * Translate client objectives into clearly defined solution plans and deliverables prior to execution.
 * Collaborate closely with engineering teams during prototyping and implementation phases.
 * Analyze operational workflows to uncover automation and AI optimization opportunities.
 * Design and recommend AI-enabled process improvements.
 * Manage project timelines and ensure delivery meets quality standards and client expectations.
 * Support client training and adoption to ensure long-term success of implemented solutions.
 * Track progress, utilization, and deliverables within project management systems.
 * Gather feedback and iterate on solutions to continuously improve outcomes.
