## About the Role

* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in technical or business discipline or related experience; Master's Degree preferred
 * More than 5 years in a leadership role required
 * Senior technologist with a proven record leading large-scale, multi-year transformations in complex, regulated environments; experience modernizing core platforms, data ecosystems, and AI-enabled capabilities, preferably in People/HR technology
 * Demonstrated ability to influence, challenge, and partner with executives on operating models, sequencing, investment tradeoffs, and change absorption, addressing conflict directly for better outcomes
 * Hands-on credibility across modern engineering, cloud-native platforms, enterprise SaaS, data platforms, and AI-enabled systems, with experience operationalizing product-centric teams, platform thinking, automation, and responsible embedding of data and AI in the SDLC at scale
 * Proven change leader who has built resilient, high-performing teams through sustained transformation
 * Strong vendor and ecosystem leadership, selection, governance, and value realization across major HR/People platforms and delivery partners, with proven experience implementing 3rd-party HCM/enterprise platforms, cloud-native solutions, and modern data ecosystems
 * Financial and operational acumen, including ownership of technology investment portfolios, multi-year budgeting (labor, software, compute), and blended workforce strategies
 * Business fluency across the PP&B domains, Talent/HR, Total Rewards, Learning, Employee Experience, Communications, Brand, and Purpose
 * Financial services, insurance, or other regulated-industry experience strongly preferred
