## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field
 * Demonstrated experience with Python for AI/ML development, data processing, model training, validation, and workflow automation.
 * Working knowledge of traditional machine-learning and deep-learning concepts.
 * Experience using Python AI/ML frameworks.
 * Familiarity with GPU-enabled model development and CUDA concepts.
 * Working knowledge of LLM concepts and practical experience with open-source or closed-source AI models.
 * Experience with local LLM tooling or model containers such as Ollama, LM Studio, llama.cpp.
 * Experience using model and AI workflow libraries such as Hugging Face and/or LangChain.
 * Understanding of RAG concepts and the ability to implement a framework that focuses AI responses on relevant source information.
 * Ability to design logical AI-agent and harness workflows, including RAG, task routing, tool calling, workflow orchestration, evaluation, guardrails, and integration with engineering data or software tools.

## Description

* Develop and validate AI/ML and LLM workflows in Python to support engineering analysis, automation, and decision-making.
 * Build and apply machine learning, deep learning, and model validation pipelines using technical and engineering datasets.
 * Design LLM and RAG solutions for data parsing, summarization, structured outputs, and knowledge-grounded engineering insights.
 * Collaborate with technical teams to create reusable AI tools, integrate engineering data sources, and document workflow performance and recommendations.
