Principal Duties and Responsibilities: * Create and maintain equipment records, functional locations, and measurement points in SAP PM using approved templates and standards * Populate equipment attributes, classifications, and reference data per FMS guidelines * Build preventive maintenance plans and maintenance items from approved task lists * Support bulk SAP PM data loads, site expansions, and new equipment installations * Perform data cleanup, validation, and standardization to ensure accuracy and completeness * Follow FMS master data and change management procedures, flagging inconsistencies as needed * Maintain clear documentation to support audits, traceability, and quality reviews, Physical Effort/Activities: On a continuous basis, will work in an office environment, sit at a desk for a long period of time, intermittently answer the telephone, and use a computer to communicate. On an occasional basis in the performance of duties, may be required to walk, stand, drive, and lift up to 25 pounds.
